For artists with a desire to teach and share the experience of art-making while supporting a vibrant community. International artists may apply but you must already have a visa that allows them to work.

Eligibility conditions

Resident of Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay, Venezuela
For Latin American and Caribbean artists living in eligible countries (listed above); there are no exclusions for artists from the region who are currently living in the United States.
