Description
Inaugurated in 1984 as a permanent exhibition space, L'Imagerie is an art center dedicated primarily to the promotion of photography and the image (still and moving), from its production to its distribution to all audiences. Each year, three to four exhibitions are programmed within its walls. These are accompanied by the presentation of works from its collection, as well as an invitation to a young artist from the Brittany region to create a work for the window overlooking the street. As well as being an exhibition venue, the art center also supports experimentation and artistic creation through residencies set up each year in the Trégor region.
